It is with great regret that we must announce the passing of Muriel and her husband Paul Fisher. They tragically lost their lives on June 18, 2023 near Williamsburg, New Mexico on the Rio Grande River. You can read the details of their passing here:
Death of Tucson couple in New Mexico deemed ‘undetermined’
A memorial service will be held on October 18 at the Coronet Restaurant in Tucson, Arizona. It was one of their favorite restaurants.
Her website remains active, but it is unknown for how much longer. She was an excellent Gaelic teacher and she will be greatly missed.
